When people ask what we do, the short, simple answer is often “we’re a software company”. But we truly believe that people and relationships are just as important as technology – if not more so. Over the last nearly 20 years, I, along with our other shareholders, have worked hard to create a culture that’s all about people. That includes our team, our customers and all the other partners we work with. In fact, it’s right there in our tagline – The human side of ERP.

As a business owner, this is music to my ears. We started the company as a small team of four and, even as we’ve grown, our goal is to always maintain that ambitious small business mindset that keeps people at the center of everything we do. And we’ve built a team of people that share that way of thinking. Ultimately, this is what makes us successful – the team we’ve built and the other small and mid-size companies we work so hard to support in their own pursuit of success.
