How You're Rewarded

The ProjectLine Customer Referral Program allows you and your employees to refer companies that you believe could benefit from SAP Business One and our services.

Through this program, we invite you to refer your current business partners and/or existing customers to us. In exchange, as a token of our appreciation, we offer you a series of VISA gift cards with a cumulative value of up to $600, as well as approximately $1,600 in free ProjectLine consulting services.

Unlike most referral programs that only reward you if a sale is closed, we offer you compensation at every stage of the referral cycle.

Submitted Referral

You and your referring employee receive a ProjectLine promotional item and a $100 VISA gift card. When no employees are involved, you get a $200 VISA gift card.


Qualified Referral

Your company benefits from $600 of free ProjectLine training or consulting services*. Your referring employee receives another $200 VISA gift card.


Signed Referral

Your company receives an additional $1,000 of free ProjectLine training or consulting services* and your referring employee gets another $200 VISA gift card.

Submitting the Referral

Please be sure to provide all relevant information, in as much detail as possible. Keep in mind that the company being referred should be:

  • A Canadian-based organization.
  • A small or mid-size company between roughly $5M and $100M per year in revenue and 20 to 400 employees.
  • In one of the following industries:
    Wholesale Distribution
    Commercial or Industrial Sales & Service
    Professional Services (project-based)
    Or an organization that is very similar to you!
  • Open to evaluating potential replacement of existing system(s).

We will send you and your employee (where applicable) the reward for your Submitted Referral. (3)

Qualifying the Referral

We review the information provided and contact your referral to ensure they meet the outlined conditions. If qualified, your employee will receive another VISA gift card (where applicable) and we’ll reach out to you to discuss redeeming your free consulting services. Accepted referrals are considered Qualified Referrals. (4)

Signing the Referral

If we close a sale with your referral (i.e. sign a contract for software and/or services), it then becomes a Signed Referral and entitles you and your employee to even more benefits.

Your employee (where applicable) will receive a third VISA gift card, and you will benefit from another $1,000 in free consulting services.

Who can be referred?

Companies that have expressed the need for a new software solution to replace their current application and:

  • Have not yet implemented a business management software solution.

  • Or have merged and need a unified business software system.

What is considered a Qualified Referral?

  • Companies that have confirmed they are in the selection process to start within 2 months.
  • Companies that are searching for a new system.
  • Companies that are in the right type of industry.
  • Companies that have a budget in line with the product offering.
