With customers across Canada, ProjectLine will be delivering the SAP Business One implementation project from its Saskatoon, SK office.
Originally founded as a consulting business, Apollo Management Solutions’ CEO, Cameron Scott, discovered that Saskatchewan companies were at a disadvantage due to their location. Finding products designed for work in Northern Canada was challenging, particularly with the high cost that came with shipping from across the country. Apollo Management Solutions began developing and distributing industrial products to meet the needs of Saskatchewan companies and allow them to be more competitive in their markets.
The company saw tremendous growth in 2020 as they expanded their product offering in response to the increased need for industrial PPE and healthcare supplies. Apollo Management Solutions saw the need for an ERP system to support the pace of their growth. “International manufacturing and logistics are like the wild, wild west these days; we need to navigate those mine fields effectively so that our customers can focus on their business and not worry about supply,” says Crystal Howat, Supply Chain and Business Operations Consultant. Centralizing business data and reducing the manual effort involved in managing their supply chain were big drivers to implement an ERP solution.
Howat’s previous experience working with other SAP products moved SAP Business One to the top of the list. “I knew that we would be in good hands with ProjectLine; my familiarity with the UX of SAP Enterprise and the year over year cost is what finalized our decision,” says Howat. “There was a very mutual understanding that this was a good fit,” says Howat of the choice to partner with ProjectLine.
