How ProjectLine is Supporting Customers During COVID-19

Darrell McClarty March 30, 2020

Like you, we are continuing to monitor the COVID-19 situation very closely. There is no question that this is a challenge like few that have been faced in this lifetime – we empathize with you as we navigate through this together. Our primary concern is that of our employees, their families, and business partners like you along with your family. While following guidance from government and health authorities, we want to assure you that we are running business as usual and are here to help when needed.

We shifted our operations to a work-from-home model last week - our business infrastructure was already in place to allow our team to continue operating normally. We are fully capable of continuing meetings, services, support and other business activities on a remote basis, and are just as available to you as we were before.

There is no question that there is a financial impact to most businesses during the current situation, and so we are now accepting major credit cards in addition to regular forms of payment. Please contact our finance team (accounting@projectline.ca) if you would like to make use of this option.

In the next few days we will also be offering a free collaboration service based on Microsoft Teams, to allow you to interact with us and our other customers about SAP Business One and other subjects, in addition to our standard support services. Please watch your inbox for your invitation – our intent is to foster increased communication amongst our user community during this time.

Feel free to contact us as you normally would – we are here for you and encourage you to stay in touch, and do what’s needed to stay healthy and keep your families safe.
