Most SAP Business One users are familiar with User Defined Fields, which allow you to capture information that’s unique to your business. User Defined Objects (UDOs) function much the same way, by allowing you to create a new object (or window) inside SAP Business One. They provide a simple interface to display unique information that isn’t available in standard SAP Business One documents (e.g. Bill of Lading or Customs information). The information in your User Defined Objects can be used in queries, Crystal Reports and integrations with external applications, making them a powerful tool.
